On October 1st, Moët & Chandon once again began welcoming visitors to its cellars after a year of renovation work. The work done by Moët & Chandon brings the ancient cellars in line with current standards and at the same time preserves this internationally-recognized heritage site. Sites along the famous “avenue de Champagne” recently joined the UNESCO World Heritage list.

The network of Moët & Chandon cellars is the largest in Champagne, stretching over 28 kilometers where the precious bottles are stored. Visitors experience a complete immersion into the history and heritage of Moët & Chandon, discovering both the cellars and historic salons. The tour features the Cour d’Honneur, the Imperial Gallery and the Salon Jean-Rémy, named in homage to the grandson of Claude Moët, founder of the House.

Renovation work also reorganized the visitor itinerary to facilitate access for people with limited mobility, notably with an elevator down to the cellars.
